Job Description:
Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor for our prestige client in Peterborough!
As a Service Advisor you will be friendly and professional and will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.
Your duties will include:
*To ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
*Ensuring that all jobs passed for warranty/goodwill submissions are accurately invoiced and costed
*Managing the allocation and handover of courtesy cars liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicle.
*Conduct telephone activity to maximise workshop activity with MOT and service reminder calls etc.
*Be transparent and conduct efficient handovers fully explaining repairs and invoices for customers.
*Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed, throughout the service process including follow up.
*Ensure the customer database is updated and accurate based on service activity
*To match and exceed monthly sales targets
£28-33k basic salary, dependent on experience!
Previous service experience is essential, and you must hold a full UK driving license.
