Job Description:

If so, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor, to join a Housing Associations Assets team based in Birmingham. This role will involve managing 2 building Surveyors, and operates a hybrid working model.

Senior Surveyor duties:
*Lead and manage multiple investment projects using effective project, contract and budget management
*Report on a regular basis the contractor’s performance with customer satisfaction.
*Prepare detailed specifications and schedules of works and produce all documentation required
*Manage external contractors, obtaining specifications and managing projects through to completion
Senior Surveyor requirements:
*Previous experience in a similar role, providing a broad range of technical services
*Recognised qualification in a building related subject
*Experience in procurement and delivery of major works programmes including contract and project management including effective stakeholder consultation
