Contract type: Permanent *This role will be responsible for supporting the User Experience team to create, design and optimise Quilter’s digital experience to create a first-class user experience and drive desired customer and business outcomes.

*Creating UX outputs including but not limited to: wireframing, user journey mapping, information architecture and user testing
*Working with architects to deliver outputs to demonstrate first class UX across multiple projects
*Preparing and arranging moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions and helping to facilitate the sessions
*Creating high fidelity user interface designs for digital products and design systems
*Capture and translate business requirements and user needs into innovative digital user experiences
*Produce recommendations for optimising existing digital journeys based on research and insight
*Plan and identify project research needs using several user centred design techniques including, external research, persona development, customer testing, and quantitative/qualitative data research
*Carrying out assessments of existing information architecture and being able to identify areas for improvement, including creating content inventories and audits
*Translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes using Axure and Figma
*Work closely with the content teams to ensure web pages follow our design patterns and meet user needs
*Provide insight to projects/stakeholders based on research/analytics to support projects
*Utilise user research tools and analytics to provide insight and create outputs of user personas, user journeys and site maps
*Inputting UX knowledge to design patterns and style guides and helping to maintain our design standards
About You *Practical knowledge of relevant design / UX tools, preferably including Figma and Axure
*Experience in customer journey mapping, UX/UI design, information architecture, prototyping and other related UX disciplines
*Good understanding of user centred design processes, and ability to balance customer needs with business goals in developing first class digital solutions
*Some knowledge of web analytics and digital metrics and how to use them to drive business value
*Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative user research
*Solid experience of usability testing techniques and software
*Experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, including excellent communication, influencing and presentational skills
*Experience with both waterfall and agile development processes
*Financial services knowledge an advantage
