Our client, a boutiqueasset manager known for exceptional fund performance, is seeking an experiencedInvestment Operations Officer to supportthe daily responsabilities of the Investment Operations department and overseeoutsourced functions.

Responsibilities:

*Oversee outsourced functions, namely Custody, Middle Office, Back Office, Banking.
*Onboard clients/new accounts and maintain operational checklists and procedures.
*Resolve issues with external suppliers and prepare Management Information.
*Administer users of key systems.
*Escalate risks and exceptions, generate business requirements documentation, and assist team members.
*Undertake projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Experience:

The ideal candidatewill have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and theability to multitask and prioritise. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in asimilar Investment Operations role financialservices is required. Knowledge of managing custody relationships and tradelifecycles, and an understanding of major asset classes including equity, fixedincome and derivatives will be an advantage.
