Location: Leeds (Office based)
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped commission, OTE £70,000

The role of the M&E Sales Consultant - Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:
*Internal M&E Sales Consultant position selling the design, servicing, supply & installation services of fire & security systems
*Your time will be spent generating specifications and selling into M&E consultants & contractors focusing primarily on the new build sector
*You will inherit between 6-12 accounts initially to maintain
*Produce detailed designs and specification proposals
*Pro-actively developing new business and preparing quotes for tenders
*You will be expected to visit new and existing customers as required
*Dealing with project sizes ranging between £100k - £500k
The ideal applicant will be an M&E Sales Consultant - Fire Detection & Security Systems with:
*Must have 10 + years’ experience within the fire & security industry
*Would consider a commission or service engineer who has time served and is looking to move into sales
*Must have a stable career background
*Happy working on your own as well as part of a team
*Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-motivated
*Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
*Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
*Must have a valid UK driving license
