The Company:
A well-established solutions provider in the Tech industry
Main duties:
To provide administrative support to the General Manager.
The Role:
- To provide excellent customer service and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- To provide administrative support with processing orders, contracts and invoices
- To assist with organising business meetings and support managers where required
- To ensure exceptional client communication and liaise closely with suppliers to ensure quick turnaround
- To prepare quotations in line with company profit margins
- To assist with translation FR<>ENG of the website and marketing material
- To attend trade shows or exhibitions when required
The Candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in administration role - Ideal
- Key organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate
