RESEARCH MANAGER
UP TO £55,000
LONDON - OLD STREET (4 days a week in office)
We are working with a rapidly growing start-up that focuses on quantitative social research projects, using their in-house program to conduct research and deliver insights to key clients. The role will involve working across a mixture of social and consumer-related clients, taking ownership of projects, and leading the research function within the business.
THE ROLE:
The Research Manager will have the following responsibilities:
*Conduct and deliver quantitative research projects
*Support customers using our platform
*Speak with customers, responding to RFPS and providing ad-hoc quotes
*Give walkthroughs of the platform to generate new business for the company
*Create data tables and other custom outputs for clients.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Research Manager will have:
*Experience in the quantitative mark research industry
*Knowledge of the research project life cycle from start to finish, including delivering insights
*Experience with brand tracking, segmentations, ad testing, brand lift/health studies
*The ability to design and script surveys
*Great communication and teamwork skills
*Experience cleaning raw data and producing data outputs like crossbeaks, ensuring high standards
*Knowledge of tools such as R or Q are desirable
THE BENEFITS:
