Job Description:
Payments Advisor *Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Mon - fri (No evenings or weekends)
*Location: Ipswich
*Starting Salary: £25,500 to £26,500 (rising by £500 after probation and another £500 after 1 year) + annual bonus

Day-to-day of the role: *Handle inbound and make outbound calls to customers in arrears.
*Manage borrower accounts from day 1 arrears through to litigation, reviewing and considering forbearance options suitable for short or long-term assistance.
*Analyse customer information to determine the best outcomes based on individual circumstances.
*Correspond in writing with customers not available by telephone.
*Liaise with third parties, including Solicitors and Field Agents, to coordinate activities in line with policies and procedures.
*Ensure all standards are met concerning client expectations of quality, productivity, and performance.
*Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery to customers and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Experience in administration or customer service roles.
*Empathetic mindset with strong communication skills.
*Reasonable numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
*Excellent time management skills.
