Teaching Assistant *Salary: £90-£95 per day

We are inviting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at a mainstream secondary school in Brighton. This role is integral in providing support to both students and teachers, ensuring that every student has access to the guidance and assistance they need to succeed academically.
Day-to-day of the role: *Work closely with teachers to support students individually or in small groups, both within and outside the classroom setting.
*Assist in the planning and execution of educational activities and lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
*Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and a sense of community.
*Monitor student progress and relay constructive feedback to teachers, highlighting areas for improvement and recognising student achievements.
*Aid in the preparation of teaching materials and resources, maintaining their readiness for classroom activities.
*Undertake administrative duties including record-keeping, tracking attendance, and contributing to report writing.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting is preferred.
*A strong passion for education and a commitment to positively impacting student lives.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with students from various backgrounds and abilities.
*Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
*Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school.
*A patient and supportive approach to guide and assist students with academic challenges.
*Education-related qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
