Support Worker
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker, working with a charity providing personalised care to clients in Falkirk and Stirling.
Position: Support Worker
Salary: £12.24 per hour plus benefits

About the Role:
As a Support Worker you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by helping them live independently in their own homes. From providing personal care to assisting with daily activities and companionship, you’ll ensure each client receives compassionate, tailored support. Services are designed with client wellbeing in mind, featuring one-hour minimum personal care visits, with a focus on quality over quantity. You’ll be home-based with paid travel time between visits and will receive a 45p-per-mile allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality personal care and social support to clients
*Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication management
*Provide companionship and support clients in community activities
About You:
We are looking for warm, compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to make a difference. Prior experience in care is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. You’ll need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as well as a willingness to register with the SSSC within three months of starting. A positive, patient attitude and reliability are key traits of this role.
