Description
The Litigation Solicitor will be:
*Handling a portfolio of small to mid-value claims
*Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents
*Preparing urgent applications as needed and attending mediation and settlement negotiations
*Providing due diligence, reporting to clients, and attending stakeholder meetings
*Supporting junior colleagues through training and feedback
*Staying updated on legal developments and industry best practices
*Building robust client relationships and engaging in business development efforts
Profile
The Litigation Solicitor should be:
*A Solicitor/CILEX with NQ - 4 years PQE
*Knowledgeable in CPR, case law, and litigation
*Experienced in civil litigation
*Skilled in relationship-building and client engagement
*Strong in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
*Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a drive for process improvement
