Job Description:
Our client is an international brand and communications agency. They service local and international clients in the property, destination and luxury sectors.
They are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join the agency with the following responsibilities:
Project Management - Day-to-day client facing project management working closely alongside the Project Director as well as the Design Studio and Visual Communications Team.
Team Management - Managing and supporting a dedicated Project Co-Ordinator as well as sharing insight and knowledge within the rest of the Digital Team, working closely with the Head of Digital to obtain a high standard of work.
Strategy Collaboration - execute digital strategy campaigns alongside the Head of Digital and Project Directors to ensure ongoing effective campaigns for the client’s target market.
Technical Briefing and Development - Working with developers and the design studio to produce both exciting and engaging campaigns across all projects.
Base SEO Management - Ensuring base SEO of meta-data and meta-tagging is relevant to current campaigns.
Analytics Management & Maintenance - Ongoing management and reporting across clients to ensure augmented strategy and engagement based on online behaviours and trends within the market.
Technical Admin and Maintenance - working alongside the Head of Digital in the maintenance of website hosting, licence monitoring and legal compliance of online work.
Online Marketing Campaign Management - managing HTML emailers and online advertising, including distribution, working with 3rd party media planners and reporting.
Budgeting & Finance - management of client estimates, supplier invoices and POs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised and flexible team player. We are looking for someone who is digitally-focused, with lots of initiative and a can-do attitude. You must be able to juggle the demands of a fast-paced, creative environment.
The following skills are a benefit but not a necessity.
*Knowledge of Digital CMS i.e WordPress, Square Space etc.
*Experienced understanding of Google Analytics & AdWords
*Base understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
*Knowledge of MS Teams
*Base knowledge of Figma
*Previous experience of copywriting
