Job Description:
We are looking for a SEND Learning Support Assistant to work within an outstanding school in Richmond.
This school is looking for candidates who have a passion for working with children with SEND and SEMH.
The role
As a learning support assistant you will be part of a team of over working under the direction of the SENCO.
The ideal candidate
*Experience working with children in KS1/KS2
*Relevant teaching assistant qualifications (CACHE or SEND)
*Ability to form good working relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues
*Good oral and written communication skills
*Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
*Adaptability and flexibility in working practices and the ability to know when to use initiative
