** International Operations Associate - Beauty Industry **
Location: Office Based: Acton, London
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
Are you passionate about beauty and skincare, with a talent for international operations? We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful International Operations Associate to support our global expansion in the premium beauty market.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the International Sales Director, supporting their daily activities and helping drive the growth of our international distribution network. You’ll be the key point of contact for distributors in over 20 countries and play a pivotal role as we work towards doubling our global footprint. This position is ideal for someone with a strong commercial acumen in beauty, hands-on operational experience, and a drive to innovate and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operations Management: Oversee daily order fulfilment, coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery, and ensure smooth client support.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to guarantee product availability and resolve operational issues.
*International Sales Support: Engage in crafting pricing strategies, managing sales forecasts, and optimising client P&Ls.
*Distributor Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for your assigned distributors, building strong partnerships and increasing brand engagement.
*Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and assist in planning new market entries.
*Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing to adapt strategies, enhance distributors’ digital presence, and ensure effective follow-through on promotional activities.
What We’re Looking For:
*Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in beauty or skincare is preferred.
*Commercial Mindset: Sales-driven, analytically strong, and capable of handling P&L management.
*Dynamic & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible, and proactive in problem-solving.
*Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAGE 200 and Power BI is an advantage.
*Language Skills: Multilingual proficiency is a bonus, particularly in Arabic or Chinese.
Package:
*Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on level of experience)
*Commission: Defined after probation
