This is an excellent opportunity for a you to enhance your assessment skills as well as continuing to develop your clinical skills within a different field of healthcare.
As a disability assessor you would be responsible for conducting PIP assessments on behalf of the DWP, writing factual evidence-based reports and reviewing further medical evidence for cases.
Full comprehensive training is provided with ongoing support throughout your career. There are a number of different progression avenues within the organisation due to the growing sector so there is plenty of opportunity for future progression within the role.
