Job Description:
Role Overview
Unlock your potential in Commercial Real Estate as a Property Analyst! Dive into the dynamic world of service charge budgets, collaborating with top surveyors, RFMs and accounting experts.
Key Responsibilities
*Start to end process of Service Charge Budgets for various portfolios.
*Provide assistance with the management of tenancy database.
*Assisting with rates queries, contacting local Councils, chasing rates refunds.
*Managing Trackers.
*Assist with ad hoc requests and assist with day to day operational matters .
Key Skills
* Confident using Microsoft Excel.
*Strong numerical and verbal reasoning.
*High attention to detail.
*Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
*Excellent time management & organisational skills.
Additional Responsibilities
Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide a high standard of work and to establish a good rapport with colleagues at all levels. A self motivated individual that can demonstrate reliability, flexibility and initiative.

The property analyst team has 4 team members and we are part of the wider property management team. We specialise in Service Charge and we are known to be dependable with a "can do" attitude. This is your gateway to Property Management.
