Job Description:

Our client is a fun, innovative, and expanding giftware wholesaler based just outside of Leeds City Centre. They are seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Coordinator to join their small, collaborative team. In this varied and rewarding role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the company’s financial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Finance & Admin Coordinator:
*Processing purchase invoices for UK and international suppliers
*Arranging and managing supplier payments, including handling queries
*Dealing with customer account queries and requirements
*Handling UK/Ireland/Netherlands VAT compliance
*Preparing monthly financial reports and KPIs
*Facilitating intercompany transactions between the UK and globally
*Supporting the wider business with other key administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
*Excellent administrative and organisational skills
*Strong experience working in a financial or accounting environment
*Proficient in using Excel for data management and analysis
*Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
*Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
*Adaptable and eager to learn new processes
*Experience in a product based company, ideally a similar SME environment in an all encompassing role
