Who we need
Key responsibilities of the role include:
-To set the standards of behaviour required to provide a positive learning environment. Work with staff to produce and implement whole college plans, initiatives and strategies to improve student behaviour.
-To encourage and promote non-discriminatory behaviour and ensure equality and diversity is sustained within the college
-Take an overview on attendance for the Campus and work with the curriculum and pastoral leads to review and implement improvement strategies
-Review the outcomes from the college’s student voice and liaise with curriculum areas/tutorial teams to improve provision
-To encourage and promote non-discriminatory behaviour and ensure equality and diversity is sustained within the college
-Maintain the highest quality student experience and centre community outside of learning areas.
What you’ll bring
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to students, being at the heart of the Campus. You will have experience of leading a varied curriculum and have a proven track record of delivering high quality results. You will be used to working with support services to build sustainable relationships and improve outcomes for students. You will be a strong communicator with a collaborative style, and above all be committed to the highest standards, inspiring others to achieve the best results. The successful candidate will also bring significant managerial experience within the education sector.
