The Job:
*Lead technical and design processes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
*Review and input into allocated bids
*Provide regular progress reports
*Manage and coordinate external consultants
*Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
The Candidate:
*Residential experience working with a main contractor
*Highrise development experience
*Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the design and technical process
*Strong technical knowledge
*Knowledge of current legislative framework
*Strong written and verbal skills
*Computer literate
*Valid driving licence
