IT Technical Support Specialist
Location: UK based with travel; regular travel in UK; occasional travel to continental Europe

We are present in 11 countries with 49 sites, but our goal is to increase our presence in Europe, especially in Germany, France and Spain.
The Role:
To support our growth ambitions, we are recruiting an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our UK Support team. The role will be based at our London office, located in Victoria, two minutes from the station, but will involve some travel to our UK sites as well as occasional travel to sites in France, Spain and the Netherlands.
This role is a great opportunity to be part of a growing, international team. You will be highly visible within the organisation and will interact with varied stakeholders across all parts of the business. You will report to the Senior IT Project Manager, who is based in Paris, so will need to be highly autonomous and able to work without direct daily supervision.
What you’ll be doing:
As part of the wider IT team, you will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and maintaining our networks, servers and devices while providing exceptional IT Support to our teams.
Key Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to!):
*Network & Security Management
*Mnitor and maintain network and server performance.
*Manage devices and security prtocols using Microsoft Intune.
*Implement security measures and prcedures to prevent potential threats.
*Asset Management
*Inventry, reference, upgrade, renew, install, and configure IT assets as needed.
*Cntrol costs on assets and software licenses.
*Documentation and Policy Management
*Dcument processes and maintain IT policies and procedures.
*Collaboration and Support
*Act as ne of the main point of contact for IT support and issues.
Who you are:
*You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar and/or applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft (inc. Intune), Cisco certification.
*You will have at least 5 - 8 years’ experience in an similar role, ideally in a comparable business based over multiple sites.
*Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
*Ideally, experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Wi-Fi services, CCTV, TV, and VOIP systems.
*Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
*Exceptional, organizational, and time management skills.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
