An opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support a growing team in the successful delivery of infrastructure gas projects. Our client is seeking a proactive professional with experience in the utilities or gas sector, ideally with a background in supporting Tier 1 contractors.
Role Overview:
The Project Administrator will play a critical role in the administration and coordination of key projects. Key responsibilities include:
*Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project management team, ensuring that all project documents are accurately maintained and organised.
*Utilising tools such as MS Office and ASITE to manage records, track project progress, and assist with reporting.
*Coordinating communication among project teams, clients, and contractors to support project milestones.
*Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
*Prior experience in project administration within the infrastructure or gas utility sector, ideally with Tier 1 contractor exposure.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ASITE (or similar project management software).
*Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
*A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute within the Norfolk area.
