Job Description:
We’re looking for an energetic Operations Administrator to drive efficiency and keep our client’s department running smoothly! Our expanding client in Farnham are offering a salary up to 28k per annum, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, discounts on products, enhanced family leave, health insurance, enhanced sick pay and so much more!
You’ll take charge of administration tasks, track KPIs, organise office logistics, and be part of a dynamic environment in a varied role!

Associated benefits as the Operations Administrator:
• Salary between 25-28kpa depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
• Hybrid Working of 2-3 days from home (after training complete)

As the Operations Administrator you will be:
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Track inventory levels and support procurement of operational supplies.
• Identify and propose improvements for operational processes.
• Coordinate daily departmental activities to ensure smooth workflow
To succeed as the Operations Administrator, you will:
Ideally, you will have experience in administration or operations support with strong organisational skills and MS Office proficiency. You will be an excellent communicator, be proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
