The Role
*To lead a medium sized finance team and the financial operations of the business
*To oversee and maintain accurate and timely accounting records
*Oversee and manage production of the monthly management accounts
*Cash flow management
*Budgets and forecasting
*Maintain fixed asset register
*Reporting to the board
*To support implanting change and a restructure of the department
The Person
*Ideally CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified but part qualified candidates will be considered
*Experienced working as a Management Accounting or Finance Manager
*Experience with and confident with managing a team of people
