Job Description:
An independent regulatory body based in Central London is looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to provide exemplary administrative and organisational assistance across a wide variety of functions.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator Role:
*Contribute effective administration support to processes including database management, managing subscription payments, and recording correspondence.
*Act as point of contact for enquiries to the team, providing accurate advice and prioritising messages and requests.
*Schedule and arrange the logistics for a wide range of online meetings, including circulating documents and taking accurate minutes.
*Review material published on the organisation’s website and other communication channels to ensure it is up-to-date.
*Deputising for the EA when needed, including providing proactive diary management and committee secretariat support.
Education, Skills and Experience:
*Educated to degree standard or with equivalent professional experience.
*Demonstrable administrative experience in a similar role, working to support a team and senior staff.
*Strong ability to manage own workload, with experience of working remotely effectively and of providing meeting support, including minute-taking.
*Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
*Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office package and Zoom.
Salary and Details:
*c£25,000 to c£30,000 per annum.
*Full-time, permanent position, ideally due for a start in mid-December.
*Fully-remote role.
