Job Description:

Position Type: Full-time, permanent (fully office based - no WFH)
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri
Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their busy Euston office, focusing on student accommodation. The role involves being the first point of contact and supporting the lettings and property management team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
*Generate and issue tenancy documents.
*Submit reference requests and handle tenancy progression.
*Ensure compliance documents are uploaded.
*Manage tenancy renewals and chase renewal invoices.
*Handle maintenance calls and direct queries appropriately.
*Register/close utility accounts for students.
*Welcome visitors and maintain a well-organized office.
*Answer calls/emails, assisting or redirecting queries.
*Manage office supplies and ensure efficient filing.
*Update property listings and create marketing materials.
*Register new applicants and distribute sales/lettings letters.
Requirements:
*6-12 months admin experience (property industry preferred).
*Strong customer service and organizational skills.
*Confident, approachable, and proactive.
*Excellent IT and time management skills.
