Job Description:
*Quality and Compliance Manager role for a luxury hair care company focussed on manufacturing products targetting specific customer needs.

Description
*Manage customer complaints, RMAs, and non-conformance reports.
*Ensure supply chain regulatory compliance, including Modern Slavery, REACH, commodity codes, customs regulations, and Importer of Record requirements.
*Address sustainability policies and issues, such as waste management, plastic tax, and SEDEX compliance.
*Evaluate existing and new suppliers through self-assessments, surveys, and audits.
Profile
*Familiarity with, or ideally experience in, developing systems that comply with certification standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716:2007, and BRC Consumer Products/Food.
*Someone who enjoys a dynamic working environment.
*Strong stakeholder management.
*Attention to detail.
