Job Description:

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support our client’s team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is crucial to the team’s success and offers flexible working hours of 15-20 hours per week.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: *Provide general administrative support to the team.
*Manage and organise project documentation and files.
*Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
*Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
*Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence.
*Maintain office supplies and equipment.
*Support the team with data entry and record-keeping.
*Perform other administrative duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction sector.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
