Job Description:
JHE & Partners are working exclusively with a fantastic group of businesses in Cottingley who are looking for a part-time, permanent purchase ledger clerk to start as soon as possible. The role is working 24 hours, days to suit. Due to a recent internal move, this position has now become available.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced ledger clerk seeking a part time opportunity in the local Bingley area. Working in a finance team of 7 and reporting into the financial controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchase ledger on an end-to-end basis with another part time colleague. The company is part of a wider group of businesses with overseas offices that is continuing to grow and evolve in an interesting and exciting sector.
Duties include:
*Processing daily invoices in relation to stock
*3-way reconciliations
*Monthly supplier statements
*Raising purchase orders
*Matching GRI, coding and query handling
*Monthly credit card spend, coding and reconciling
*Daily bank recs
*Raise and process weekly and bi-monthly supplier payments
You must have previous purchase ledger experience to be considered for this role.
Salary for the 3 days is paying £16,363 (£27,271 FTE) + annual bonus. Hybrid working also an option should it be required.
