Job Title: Property Locum

Job description: We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in East Yorkshire. They require someone on a full time basis who can provide cover until the end of the year with the strong possibility of an extension.
Duties
*Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
*Dealing with sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files, shared ownership, and right to buys
*Commercial Property experience beneficial but no essential, which would entail sales, purchases and leases
The successful candidate will be able to start in the next 2 weeks and will be able to attend the office each day. Part time applications may be considered.
Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
