Role Responsibilities *Preparing financial statements for limited companies and sole traders from trial balance and incomplete records
*Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met
*Preparing, reviewing, and presenting management information for clients as required
*Calculating and filing VAT returns for clients
*Addressing any technical accounting issues identified during the course of client work and discussing these with clients

Candidate Requirements *Studying towards an AAT/ACCA qualification with at least 18 months of experience in an accountancy practice
*Technically skilled in preparing statutory financial statements and management accounts
*Has experience calculating and submitting VAT returns, with knowledge of corporation tax and PAYE beneficial
*Possesses strong IT skills, with experience in accounting software such as Iris, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
*Strong communicator, able to build and maintain relationships with clients
*Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to meet targets and progress in their career
