HR Business Partner - Chelmsford
Based on-site Monday-Friday
£55,000-£60,000
We are representing our client in their search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is your chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of a leading organisation.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for delivering a wide range of consultative and HR support services to business leaders and employees across the Chelmsford site.
A key part of the role will be delivery of HR related projects, such as organisational restructures and associated change management activities.
This is a ’hands-on’ role where you will need to straddle both the strategic and operation aspects of HR.
Responsibilities:
*Serve as a trusted partner to operational teams, providing expert guidance on all HR matters.
*Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management concerns.
*Collaborate with managers to develop appropriate action plans and provide coaching on employee-related issues.
*Play an active role in the recruitment and selection processes.
*Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
*Provide training and development opportunities to employees and managers on various HR-related topics.
*Stay updated with employment law and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary policy changes.
*Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
*Generate HR reports and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
*CIPD Level 5
*Proven experience of delivering HR projects as a HR Business Partner.
*Solid understanding of employment law, regulations, and best practices.
*Strong experience in managing complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
*Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Proficient in HRIS software (Workday an advantage)
