Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of residential properties on this site. This is a permanent position where you will ensure that the project runs smoothly, adhering to timelines and quality standards over the next three years.
What you’ll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
*CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
*SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*First Aid certificate
*Experience in residential housebuilding.
Your experience in managing construction sites and your ability to lead teams effectively will be essential for success.
