Job Description:
Join a well-established accountancy practice in Peterborough looking for an experienced and qualified (ACA, ACCA) or part-qualified Audit Senior to become part of their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct and manage audit assignments for clients across various industries
*Take on client management responsibilities, ensuring strong client relationships and high-quality service
*Supervise and train junior staff members, providing guidance and mentorship
*Undertake accounts preparation as part of the wider audit role
*Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business to add value and offer tailored recommendations
*Maintain effective communication with clients, providing clear and professional guidance throughout the audit process
Requirements:
*ACA, ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with significant audit experience)
*Strong technical expertise in audit and accounting functions
*Previous experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff is beneficial
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
*A proactive and self-motivated approach, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively
*Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work in a client-focused environment
