Description
As the Production/Process Improvement Engineer
*Analysis of current techniques, products and processes.
*Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
*Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
*Maintaining accurate records and reporting on activity areas.
*Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation flow.
Profile
The successful Production/Process Improvement Engineer should have:
*Worked in a similar position within manufacturing, ideally in a composites or plastics environment.
*Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
*Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
*Strong knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
*Proficiency with computer software, including CAD.
Job Offer
*Hourly rate outside IR35 c£30-40.
*3-6 month project.
*Onsite with flexibility on working hours
