Job Description:
Role: Customer Service Centre – Coordinator
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: £24,000 per annum (OTE £28000 ).
Hours: Mon – Fri, 45 hours. (plus 1 in 5 on call weekends).

Are you familiar with scheduling engineers?
Our client is a leading commercial drainage company in the UK, seeking an organised Coordinator to support the help desk and liaising with our engineers as part of our Rapid Response team.
In return the client is offering a salary of up to £24,000 p/a plus on call bonuses with OTE £28000-£29000 per annum.
Key responsibilities:
*Answering the telephone calls from our drainage engineers, customers, and colleagues
*Loading new job requests onto our internal job management system and client portals
*Planning and allocating new job requests, working within SLA timescales and responding to emergency jobs.
*Provide assistance to drainage engineers when they are on site
*Advising clients on best course of action for issues
*Dealing with customer queries
*Closing jobs on the system once they’ve been successfully completed
The on call rota is 1 in every 5 weekends after successful training but a bonus is on offer for this. Hours consist of 10am – 6pm Monday - Friday, so candidates must be able to commit to this.
The ideal Coordinator will have had previous experience working in a fast-paced helpdesk environment, a confident telephone manner and ideally worked with scheduling engineers.
