Key Responsibilities:
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
*Support students with their individual learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.
*Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
*Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
*Relevant qualifications or experience in education (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
