Overview
Join our dynamic team of pension and implementation consultants as a Transition Consultant and be part of an exhilarating journey! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide outstanding implementation services for new clients and drive efficiency projects for existing clients. Your focus will be on delivering flawless execution and achieving outstanding outcomes that will leave a lasting impact. Join us and be at the forefront of redefining the pension industry!
How you’ll make an impact
*Collaborate within a team of pension and implementation consultants to deliver top-tier implementation services.
*Follow team standards, applying recommended practices, project assurance criteria, and audit requirements.
*Partner closely with senior consultants to ensure projects progress seamlessly through to completion.
*By adhering to instructions, generate test matrices and test cases, conducting detailed testing of all automated routines in line with testing protocols across various scenarios.
*Support senior consultants in providing proforma for classes not included in automated routines.
*Assist senior consultants in reviewing data loads according to existing test matrices.
*Test improvements to systems and processes as directed by senior consultants.
*Ensure all work undergoes appropriate peer review.
*Maintain a high-level knowledge of legislation and system functionality within pension areas.
*Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.
*Additional hours may be required during project peaks, although this will be on an ad-hoc basis.
About You
*Proven pension experience with strong technical knowledge.
*A solid understanding of pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
*Experience with pension systems and databases.
*Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team, with experience in project teams and adhering to instructions.
*Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Eligible to work in the UK
