*Lead and inspire a thriving community in Sheffield’s latest BTR scheme.
*Engage directly with residents, enhancing their living experience.
*Collaborate with a cross-functional team across the UK.
Preferred Requirements: *Assist in the mobilisation and management of the Kangaroo Works site.
*Deliver outstanding customer service, shaping strong resident engagement strategies.
*Market Kangaroo Works through social media, networking, and local community events.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring contractor activities.
*Oversee smooth transitions of vacant apartments, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications: *Educated to NVQ Level 3 and/or GCSE Level 9 - 5 standard or equivalent; possessing ’A’ level(s) is a plus.
*Experience in a similar role within BTR or PBSA sectors.
*Adept in property lettings and management with a proactive, can-do attitude.
