Job Description:
We are recruiting a Governance Manager for a leading educational establishment based in Cambridge.
The role is being offered between 30-37.5 hours per week for 12 months to cover a period of maternity, starting by mid-December.
Hybrid working is available.
Salary range depending on experience is between - £41,000 - £50,000.
The key focus of this role is to be responsible for the administration of the numerous committees to ensure a robust governance process is maintained.
These committee will be documented and communicated effectively within the organisation and this will be your responsibility.
You will be drafting agendas and preparing papers, producing minutes, and coordinating the timely submission of papers.
The post-holder is responsible for the provision of effective support to Officers and Senior Leaders via their management of a team of administrators. This role also involves management of the Freedom of Information requests, administration of the organisation’s insurance and the maintenance of the organisation’s Regulations and appendices to Regulations.
You will manage a small team of 3 administrators, previous management experience is key for this role.
