Job Description:

The Role: As a Finance Officer, you’ll support international payables and receivables operations:
*Process contractor payments and client invoices using automated systems
*Maintain accurate records and reconcile data across platforms
*Handle credit control, ensuring timely client payments and reducing outstanding debt
*Build client relationships, handling queries, and conducting credit checks
*Report to the Financial Controller, assisting with ad-hoc projects and team coverage
The Successful Candidate:
*Previous experience in a finance department within a recruitment company or a similar fast-paced environment is desired
*Detail-oriented and skilled at identifying and resolving errors
*Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new systems quickly
*Strong communicator, capable of managing client-facing interactions
*Enthusiastic about process improvements and being part of a collaborative team
