The Role

We are a creative employer branding agency, looking to appoint a highly organised and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to our growing team.
You will work closely with our strategy and creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and to the highest standard for our clients gaining valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Learn and Grow: Gain a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
*Organisation is Key: Manage your time (and others’) efficiently, prioritising tasks and ensuring smooth project delivery. This includes taking clear meeting notes, scheduling meetings, and adhering to our processes.
*Building Relationships: Manage client relationships, fostering trust and open communication. You’ll host client calls, meetings, and project updates, actively supporting them throughout the project lifecycle.
*Project Planning: Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets.
*Keeping Everyone Informed: Create and maintain project documentation and reports throughout the project.
*Teamwork: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery.
*Providing Feedback: Articulate clear feedback, manage changes effectively, and keep projects on track.
*Supplier Management: Liaise with external suppliers to ensure they meet high standards.
The Person
To thrive in this role, you will need:
*A relevant qualification or degree.
*Previous experience as a coordinator or executive in an agency environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong numeracy skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
*Top-notch time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
