Hours:
Full time - 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

This School is an independent special day school catering to students aged 6 to 19 with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated challenges. Role Responsibilities:
*Support Learning and Development: Assist students with their educational and personal goals across various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community.
*Assist with Special Needs: Help students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), complex medical conditions, and autism achieve their educational and personal objectives.
*Promote Equality and Respect: Foster an environment that promotes equality, diversity, and the rights of all students, treating them with respect and recognising them as learners.
*Empower Students: Emphasise the support and empowerment of young people in all interactions.
*Understand Special Education: Develop a deeper understanding of Special Education issues and embody the school values in all aspects of the role.
*Provide High-Quality Support: Maintain a high standard of support in all duties.
*Physical Intervention and Personal Care: Participate in physical intervention and personal care routines as required.
