Job Description:
Application Support Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
*Handle incoming support calls from customers, offering assistance and resolving issues.
*Monitor and respond to support tickets within the agreed SLAs.
*Analyse, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate to the development team when necessary.
*Manage and track support issues using Jira until resolution.
*Install and customize applications for new clients.
*Conduct training sessions to onboard new users.
*Test bug fixes provided by the development team before delivering to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
*Passion for excellence and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
*Enthusiastic, hands-on learner who picks up new skills quickly.
*Familiarity and experience with: *SQL
*Windows OS
*Databases
*Web servers
*Remote access tools

*Experience with Jira (preferred but not required).
*Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment.
You must possess excellent communciation skills couple with a driving licence.
