We are now working with a mid market private equity fund. The fund has an exceptional track record in investing and exiting stakes in very successful companies. They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate to their team
The role will work on investing across all sectors, although they would prefer someone with experience in the broad financial services or business services sector.
The role:
Full involvement in all aspects of the investment process
Supporting the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of their transactions
Leading and assisting with diligence workstreams
Assisting with deal negotiation with advisors
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
Associate level professiona
Currently working within private equity or investment banking
Experience in financial services or business services deals
Excellent communicator
Genuine interest in investing
