Job Description:
Our client are a global leading Corporate and Investment Bank based in the City of London and are seeking a KYC Associate - Rolling Review
Description
*Complete QA across
*Offboarding process execution and process enhancement
*SME for all related KYC / QA matters
*Support Head of Rolling Review in execution of team mandate
*Point of escalation for supporting teams / Vendors
*To identify enhancements across systems and processes
*Build and maintain sustainable relationships with colleagues across Front Office and Compliance
*To collate feedback data as a result of Quality Assurance findings for identification in gaps of skill set
*Maintain on-going log of QA passes and fails to feed into wider management information
*Support team lead with adhoc projects and tasks.
*Work with AVP to balance case allocation and monitor fluctuations in populations
*Maintain team SLA’s to sustain green status
Profile
A successful Client Lifecycle Management Associate - Rolling Review should have:
*Bachelors Degree or equivalent
*Great organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong numerical and analytical skills
*Customer-centric career experience
*Demonstrable ability to innovate, support change and problem solve
*Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance
*Sound knowledge of the Banking Industry
*High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation
