Job Description:
My client, a leading private credit boutique with a decade-long track record of success, is seeking a Senior Business Development Professional to join their growing team. With over £4 billion in assets under management and a recently closed fifth fund of £1 billion, the firm is at an exciting juncture in its evolution.
The ideal candidate will co-head the Business Development and Investor Relations strategy alongside one of the co-founders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute significantly to the firm’s growth trajectory.
My client is looking for someone with deep knowledge of private credit deals, strong functional expertise in sales and marketing, and experience in product development. The successful candidate will join a team of directors and have the potential to expand the function further.
While there is no specific geographic focus, candidates with expertise in Middle Eastern markets or specialised knowledge of insurance companies as a distribution channel would be particularly valuable.
This position is suited for a vice president-level professional with a strong track record in business development and sales within the private credit space. The role is based in their London office with a hybrid working arrangement of four days in the office per week.
