Business Development & Capital Raising Professional
A highly regarded investment management firm, established over a decade ago, is seeking a driven and exceptional Business Development and Capital Raising professional to join their expanding team in London. The firm manages a suite of differentiated funds, renowned for their consistent track record of delivering superior risk-adjusted returns through a robust, fundamentals-driven investment philosophy. Known for its strategic focus on capital preservation and value generation, the firm places a premium on in-depth research and rigorous analysis to serve a sophisticated, global investor base.

Key Responsibilities
*Capital Raising: Engage proactively with institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers, and other investor segments to attract and secure capital for the firm’s funds.
*Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain deep relationships with new and existing investors, serving as the primary point of contact to deliver top-tier service and transparent communication.
*Strategic Business Development: Design and execute strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s investor base, focusing on building lasting partnerships and new business prospects.
*Investor Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively communicate the firm’s investment philosophy, strategy, and track record to potential and current investors.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the investment and operational teams to ensure seamless alignment between client expectations and the firm’s investment solutions.
Candidate Profile
*Established Network: A well-established and influential network of institutional investors, family offices, and professional wealth advisors.
*Market Insight: Deep familiarity with the UCITS fund landscape, diverse investment strategies, and evolving regulatory considerations. Experience in marketing Emerging Market funds or ESG-aligned strategies is highly valued.
*Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into compelling narratives.
