Security Consultant (Information Security)
Ipswich, UK (3 days on-site)
Role Overview:
As a Security Consultant, you will provide security expertise to an organization and its sub-entities, focusing on supporting business partners to ensure secure service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: *Collaborate with business units to manage security effectively.
*Raise awareness of security activities and their associated risks.
*Provide consultancy on projects, solution design, and security policies.
*Conduct risk assessments and recommend treatment options.
*Maintain relationships with partners to ensure security requirements are met.
*Support project security needs and facilitate risk acknowledgment plans.
Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
*Experience with Agile frameworks and DevSecOps environments.
*Proficient in risk assessment and governance frameworks.
*Strong analytical skills and proficiency in office software.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Information Security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
*Experience in multinational environments.
