This role involves leading and expanding a portfolio of preferred broker partnerships to drive profitable business and strategic growth. You’ll work closely with underwriters, claims, and operations teams to strengthen relationships across the FinPro lines, meet business objectives, and ensure outstanding broker performance. This dynamic position blends relationship management, strategic planning, and market analysis.
