Job Description:
Are you ready to take ownership of high-impact real estate deals while working with entrepreneurs and SME companies. A growing financial institution is seeking a Lending Director to independently originate, structure, and execute transactions.
Your role will be to develop their current network along with originating new opportunities across the independent Real estate market. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact to the business at it looks to continue its growth in the market with over £2 billion already under management.
As Director, you’ll lead the entire deal process, from origination to completion and will be tasked with:
*Source and Close High-Quality Deals: Identify, structure, and execute transactions that align with the company’s lending goals, driving growth for both the business and its clients.
*Build and Grow Relationships: Manage existing client relationships while developing new ones, uncovering exciting opportunities in the market.
*Expand Market Presence: Help the business grow its reputation and partnerships with SMEs, advisors, private equity firms, and other key market players.
*Collaborate on Complex Transactions: Work closely with the team on a variety of deals, including corporate finance, real estate, and more, ensuring all transactions meet high standards.
*Lead Financial Analysis and Modelling: Spread financial accounts, analyse financial models, and create detailed credit memorandums.
*Ensure Exceptional Client Experiences: Deliver top-tier service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations at every stage.
*Drive Innovation: Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services, constantly seeking ways to enhance both customer experience and asset quality.

*Proven lending, financial analysis, and modelling skills, with experience in analysing complex cashflow transactions.
